My military service prepared me to be a better business owner by teaching me discipline, accountability, leadership, and the importance of doing things the right way even when no one is watching. During my 21 years in the United States Army, I learned how to lead people, solve problems, stay organized, work under pressure, and follow through on commitments. Those lessons carry directly into business ownership. I understand that customers are trusting me with their time, their property, and the quality of the service they receive. That trust matters. My military background taught me to show up prepared, communicate clearly, pay attention to details, and take responsibility for the work being done. It also taught me that service is bigger than just completing a task. It is about respect, reliability, and taking pride in the mission. As an entrepreneur, I carry those values into every decision, every customer interaction, and every job I take on.
