He is a certified master Army instructor, small group leader, and training developer who taught, coached, and mentored thousands of junior Soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and officers in the special operations community over multiple stateside and overseas assignments, including combat operations. In the Army, Scott learned how to take successful strategies and techniques and adapt them to meet new challenges.
