My military service has helped me become a strong leader and business owner. Serving over the past 18 years has allowed me to become a better leader and entrepreneur; my military background has given me a sense of self-reliability and encouragement. Being prior enlisted has allowed me to learn how to become a great leader and also taught me how to listen and learn from my peers. Now as an officer, I am continually learning how to be a great leader while also supporting my peers.
