Premium Chef Knives is a Military Veteran-owned and run company based out of Saint Augustine, FL. We started PCK with a passion for food that began at Mom's dinner table and made its way through some of the world's best restaurants before eventually finding a home in our own kitchen. Iconic Japanese Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto once said, "a kitchen without a knife is not a kitchen," and we agree! If you're serious about food, the first thing you learn to do is use and care for your chef knife. The military has instilled core values in me that assist with my daily decisions. Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless service, Integrity, and Personal Courage.
