My experiences in the military have been the foundation of my personal and professional accomplishments. Failures also are kept in perspective relative to the real risks of days past. Without the military experience, the challenges or stresses of 'regular' civilian life might seem overwhelming. In those trying moments I think of the young men and women in uniform overseas & realize how easy we all really have it.
