“I started off as a private in the US Army in 1986. Because of the military and the GI Bill, I was able to obtain my BS in civil engineering. I returned to the US Army as a Lieutenant and got on-the-job training as a platoon leader and executive officer of a heavy combat equipment engineering company. None of this would have been possible if not for the US Army.”
